This group of supremely talented and trained individuals are uniquely placed to give you real-world best practices and invaluable insights into today’s fire service and EMS industries that address key themes\, trends and current practices for communities across the nation. \nThe wonderful thing about EDI is the valuable perspective from those who rose through the ranks\, thanks to their participation and support of EDI. \nIn June 2024\, you’ll hear about “Lessons Learned\, Unfinished Business and Priorities for Reform.” Who are better placed than our EDI brothers and sisters to speak about the lessons learned? \nWe are very honored that we’ve found a stellar selection of representatives of fire service leaders from across the country who are prepared to pour their wisdom and professional experiences into you. \nThey will also share their lessons learned over the years and also look ahead in the group discussions that will help propel your professional development. \nNumerous EDI graduates have advanced professionally and have assumed high-ranking administrative and fire chief positions throughout the country. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n2024 Course Offerings\n\n\n\n\nOur course offerings are carefully planned by the EDI Curriculum Review Committee to ensure the highest quality training experience for all participants this year.
